Covid-19 Special Terms and COnditions

During the Covid-19 event Glass Casa is implementing special terms and conditions that will affect the terms of your stay based on current travel restrictions and government advisories. In order for these terms and conditions to apply, we must be under the Covid-19 restrictive period.

Glass Casa is committed to providing clean and safe accommodations for our valued guests. We recommend you visit websites for The World Health OrganizationThe Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and The Florida Department of Health for the most updated information regarding travel to our area and around the country.

Property Cleaning

All Glass Casa rental properties are professionally cleaned on a regular bases at all times. Currently we have taken extra steps to ensure your safety by adding an additional layer of sanitizing to frequently touched hard surfaces. All of our linens are removed and replaced with professionally cleaned linen between each guest stay. We have made efforts to leave sanitizing products in each of our units based on availability please leave these products in the unit for the next guest. 

Special Terms And Conditions

  • You may receive a full refund less the booking fee during a Florida travel restriction or ban. Your travel time must be during the Covid-19 event.
  • You may move your reservation to another time within a 14-month period. Should you change seasons or properties, you would be responsible for any rate changes.
  • You may space-bank your funds with Glass Casa and select another travel time or property once you have determined your travel plans. Any change of property type or season that may affect your rate would be your responsibility.
  • Follow any special Covid-19 association rules for safe distancing at the beach or the pool and amenity areas.

Continue To Make Your Regularly Scheduled Reservation Payments

We ask that guests continue to make your regularly scheduled reservation payments. This will ensure your vacation stay is reserved and in good standing at all times. Rest assured Glass Casa will work with you on our special terms and conditions should your stay be affected by a Covid-19 event.

Stay Safe And Take Extra Safety Precautions

Please be patient during this time as our housekeeping staff is working extra hard to make sure every property is properly cleaned and disinfected. Your check in time may run a little late while we prepare your unit for your safe and enjoyable stay.

Please wash your hands as often as possible during your stay. Make sure all children wash their hands often and especially after using the restroom. Be extra cautious not to touch your face after using any common areas, touch pads, door handles and other commonly used items.

Be sure to use hand sanitizer whenever possible.  Please keep a personalized hand sanitizer with you at all times, especially for use in common areas where washing your hands is not a possibility.

Does Travel Insurance Cover My Trip

In most cases travel interuption insurance will not cover a Covid-19 event. We reccomend you contact Generali Global Assistance at 866-999-4018 or visit their website. They will be able to give you precise information on your travel insurance protection.
